School of Self-Worth

I had someone ask me what this program is about, what’s included and who it’s for.

Here’s all the answers in case you’re wondering too.

Firstly, why did I create it?

It’s because most of my clients come to me saying things like:

  • I don’t want to feel like this anymore, but I don’t really even know what THIS is.
  • I’m sick of being stuck and I know I have to do something but have no idea what to do.
  • I feel invisible, exhausted, and so damned over putting everyone else first, but I feel guilty if I don’t.
  • Everyone else seems to be able to do, say and get what they want, but my ideas and dreams get put on the back burner.
  • It’s like I’m surrounded by people who want me to fix everything but who aren’t prepared to take a look at themselves.
  • My life is like a hamster wheel of fuck my life, but I know I’m the one on it.  I know I’m the problem, but when you’ve been reminded of that your whole life, how the hell do you start thinking something different?
  • So I just keep doing what I’m doing because I don’t want to let anyone down, I don’t want to feel stupid if I do try something different and end up failing and besides, when I look at how amazing everyone else is, who the hell am I to think I have anything really that special to offer?

Most of these people are also time poor and want help, but want something more affordable than a one2one program, which is another reason why I created this.

This program comes from the other direction.


The books you’ve read, the programs you’ve done, the help you’ve sought is all bloody fantastic, but if it’s coming from the outside in, it won’t stick.  If those things are making you aware of what you should do, or what you need to do, they’re going up against all your internal self-talk, all your limiting beliefs and that oh so nasty inner critic.

Yup, the itty-bitty shitty committee in your head. It’s going to put up a LOT of resistance and it’s probably going to win.

So, here’s how this program is different.

It works from the inside out and releases the resistance so that the stuff you want to do and the person you want to be, just happens naturally.

This program doesn’t change you, it restores you, so that things become so much easier.

Here’s how it works – you get a lesson every month, a master class of sorts.  They’ll give you a deeper understanding of why you do what you do and how to easily do it better.  I’ll email these to you each month along with any accompanying resources, recommended reading and worksheets etc.

Then a couple of weeks later, you’ll be invited to a live, online group coaching session where I’ll answer your questions, help you unpack things further and get even more out of your program.  You can attend these and work with me live, you can attend and sit back and just watch and learn or you can catch the recording and watch whenever you like.

Plus, I’ll be available for you in the Student Lounge (which is a closed, private Facebook group) or privately via email or messenger if you prefer.

There’ll be bonus resources as well – a vault of videos to help you get unstuck if you find yourself losing motivation, to help keep you focused and on track.  Little quick tutorials on how to set up a healthy study pattern and smash through overwhelm.  Lots of new ones being added each month as well.

I know that for me, since I have implemented the stuff, I’m about to teach you, I don’t take things personally anymore.

I still have days where I feel down, but I don’t stay there.    

I still experience challenges, but they’re speed humps now, not great big emotional Everests.

I don’t need other people to like me in order to feel I am of value.

And other people’s opinions of me is no longer how I measure my worth.

I’m proud of myself, I like myself and I am a cheerleader for myself.

I feel way more joy, I can break negative patterns easily, and I no longer need to soothe myself with food, alcohol, shopping or being a martyr for others.

Difficult conversations no longer feel difficult, I can’t remember the last time I felt guilty, and I know how to set boundaries easily without upsetting anyone.

I feel good.  I feel confident, I feel valued, and I feel free.
